Registered Nurse. Remote, Michigan

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Michigan. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.

What you'll do

• Assess member needs and eligibility
• Develop and monitor care plans
• Perform crisis intervention for members
• Consult with medical directors on cases
• Provide coaching and support to members

Requirements

• Active Michigan RN license
• Reside in specific Michigan counties
• Proficiency with computer systems
• Hard wired internet connection
• Three years clinical practice experience
• Maternity or NICU experience (preferred)
• CSHCS population management experience (preferred)
• Managed care industry experience (preferred)
