Registered Nurse. On-site, New York

What you'll do

• Manage complex patient caseloads
• Coordinate care for assigned patients
• Conduct clinical assessments and medication reconciliation

Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 years nursing experience
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within communities

• Bachelor degree in nursing (preferred)
