Registered Nurse. Remote, Pennsylvania

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotating late shifts and holiday on-call.

What you'll do

• Conduct telephonic health assessments
• Develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate care across providers and resources
• Review clinical information and benefit eligibility
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Three years clinical nursing experience
• One year experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to obtain multi-state compact licensure
• Hardwired internet connection
• Quiet private home workspace
• Compact RN license (preferred)
• Case management experience (preferred)
• BSN degree (preferred)
