Registered Nurse. Remote, Louisiana

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Louisiana. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $26.01 to $56.14 per hour. The job is in Concurrent Review team. The schedule is Monday, Friday, 8:00 AM, 5:00 PM CST, occasional weekend and holiday on-call.

What you'll do

• Evaluate clinical documentation for medical necessity
• Collaborate with care teams and providers
• Facilitate timely discharge planning
• Monitor inpatient treatment and healthcare utilization

Requirements

• Ability to obtain additional state licensure
• Direct hardwired internet connection
• Quiet private home work location
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• Experience using MCG or InterQual (preferred)
• Acute inpatient discharge planning experience (preferred)
