Registered Nurse. On-site, New Mexico

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in New Mexico. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year.

What you'll do

• Perform patient triage and clinical assessments
• Manage chronic conditions using standardized protocols
• Administer medications and perform wound care
• Conduct point-of-care testing and EKG procedures
• Coordinate care transitions from hospital to clinic

Requirements

• Two years of healthcare experience
• Electronic Medical Record experience
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Experience in a clinic setting (preferred)
• Ability to work independently (preferred)
