Registered Nurse. Remote, Texas

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Texas. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year. The job is in Costco Team. The schedule is Monday, Friday, 8 AM, 5 PM CST (with occasional 10 AM, 7 PM rotation).

What you'll do

• Assess member needs and develop care plans
• Coordinate care and connect members with resources
• Identify risks and remove health barriers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support members via phone and virtual interactions

Requirements

• Comfort using Microsoft Office and other tools
• Integrated case management experience (preferred)
• Bilingual Spanish and English (preferred)
