What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical oncology assessments
• Develop individualized care management plans
• Perform utilization reviews for oncology services
• Coordinate care with oncologists and specialists
• Provide patient education and coaching

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Active unrestricted RN license
• BSN degree (preferred)
• Compact RN license (preferred)
• Telephonic case management experience (preferred)
