Senior Representative, Member Advocate. Remote, Texas

• Provide support via chat and phone

Requirements

• 3+ years call center or customer service
• 2+ years healthcare experience
• Private and confidential workspace
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
• One to three years healthcare experience (preferred)
• Bilingual or multilingual skills (preferred)
