Veterinary Receptionist

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client questions
• Check clients in and out and process payments
• Maintain accurate patient and client records
• Communicate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians
• Help keep the front desk and reception area organized
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous veterinary reception or veterinary hospital experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• A genuine love and compassion for animals
• Ability to work well as part of a team

🕐 Schedule

• 4 days per week
• Every other Saturday
• Consistent scheduling with a great work-life balance

💰 Pay

Starting at $21/hour, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
