Case Manager. Remote, Mississippi

CVS Health is hiring a Case Manager in Mississippi. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $54k to $117k per year. The schedule is Standard business hours, one late day per week until 7:00 PM local time, no holidays.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
• Develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with providers
• Provide crisis intervention

Requirements

• Three years post-master’s direct clinical experience
• Three years working with mental health disorders
• Three years using Motivational Interviewing
• Strong technology and documentation skills
• Crisis intervention experience (preferred)
