Customer Service Representative. On-site, Massachusetts

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Massachusetts. The job is full-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $18 to $22 per hour. The schedule is weekends and holiday rotations, as needed.

What you'll do

• Manage clinic appointments and lobby triage
• Operate multi-line telephone system
• Process client payments and maintain cash drawer
• Maintain accurate client and pet records
• Provide administrative support for clinic staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask
• Problem solving skills
• Computer proficiency
• Veterinary software experience (preferred)
• One year customer service experience (preferred)
• Veterinary medical terminology knowledge (preferred)
