CVS Health is hiring for "Employee Assistance Program Work-life Customer Support Associate" in Indiana. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $18.50 to $31.72 per hour. The schedule is Saturday to Wednesday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM EST.

What you'll do

• Respond to member inquiries via multiple channels
• Assess member needs for behavioral health resources
• Provide benefit education and service referrals
• De-escalate crisis situations and facilitate clinical transfers
• Document member interactions accurately

Requirements

• 1-2 years in call center or support
• 1 year in social or behavioral services
• Strong verbal and active listening skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in behavioral health or crisis support (preferred)
• High-volume customer service experience (preferred)
• Bilingual language skills (preferred)
