Employee Assistance Program Work-life Customer Support Associate. Remote, Indiana

CVS Health is hiring for "Employee Assistance Program Work-life Customer Support Associate" in Indiana. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $18.50 to $31.72 per hour. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

What you'll do

• Respond to member inquiries via multiple channels
• Assess member needs for behavioral health resources
• Provide benefit education and service referrals
• De-escalate crisis situations and facilitate clinical transfers
• Document member interactions and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• One to two years call center experience
• One year social service or behavioral health experience
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to remain calm during crisis situations
• Reliable hardwired broadband or fiber internet
• Experience in behavioral health or crisis support (preferred)
• High-volume customer service experience (preferred)
• Bilingual language skills (preferred)
