What you'll do

• Coordinate patient care and support
• Perform clinical triage and symptom management
• Manage medications and prescription refills
• Provide patient education on chronic conditions
• Perform point of care testing and phlebotomy

Requirements

• Electronic Medical Record experience
• Assess patients without face-to-face interaction
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Two years of healthcare experience (preferred)
• Previous clinic experience (preferred)
• Ability to work independently (preferred)
