Registered Nurse. Remote, North Carolina

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in North Carolina. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year. The schedule is Monday-Friday, standard business hours, including 1 evening shift per week.

What you'll do

• Assess member health needs and benefit eligibility
• Develop and monitor care plans
• Provide health coaching and motivational interviewing
• Identify and escalate quality of care issues
• Facilitate member understanding of health status

Requirements

• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Associate's degree
• Compact state RN license
• High speed broadband internet access
• Previous coaching experience (preferred)
• Managed care experience (preferred)
• BSN degree (preferred)
