Registered Nurse. Remote, Pennsylvania

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year. The schedule is Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am, 5:00pm in their time zone for a scheduled 8-hour shift.

What you'll do

• Assess and plan member case management activities
• Evaluate medical needs to facilitate wellness
• Develop proactive action plans for member outcomes
• Apply clinical judgment to address health risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies

Requirements

• Active unrestricted RN license
• Three years acute care clinical experience
• Ability to operate multiple computer programs simultaneously
• Private designated workspace with high-speed internet
• Associates Degree in Nursing
• Compact RN licensure (preferred)
• One year case management experience (preferred)
• Certified Case Manager certification (preferred)
