Registered Nurse. On-site, Ohio

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Ohio. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year.

What you'll do

• Coordinate patient care and support teams
• Provide triage and symptom management
• Manage medications and prescription refills
• Educate patients on chronic conditions
• Perform point of care testing and phlebotomy

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Electronic Medical Record experience
• Ability to assess patients remotely
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Interdisciplinary team collaboration (preferred)
• Strong computer and data analysis skills (preferred)
• Two years of RN healthcare experience (preferred)
