Registered Nurse. Remote, Louisiana

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Louisiana. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $26.01 to $56.14 per hour. The schedule is Monday, Friday, 8:00 AM, 5:00 PM CST, occasional weekend and holiday coverage.

What you'll do

• Review clinical information for coverage recommendations
• Coordinate care and discharge planning with providers
• Support effective care across the continuum

Requirements

• 2+ years of utilization management or case management
• Associate’s degree in nursing
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Hardwired internet connection with specific speed requirements
• BSN degree (preferred)
• Managed care or discharge planning experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of MCG or InterQual (preferred)
