Registered Nurse. Remote, North Carolina

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in North Carolina. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $54k to $117k per year. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST.

What you'll do

• Conduct telephonic member assessments
• Develop personalized care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Address complex health conditions
• Support transitions of care

Requirements

• Two years of RN clinical experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Reside in North Carolina
• Maintain specific home internet speeds
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Certified Case Manager (preferred)
• BSN degree (preferred)
• Managed care experience (preferred)
