What you'll do

• Greet clients and manage front desk
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Process payments and manage financial records
• Triage urgent care patients
• Maintain clinic reception and public areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Experience with multi-line phone systems
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to work shifts exceeding 10 hours
• Veterinary medical terminology knowledge (preferred)
• Type 45 words per minute (preferred)
• One year office or medical experience (preferred)
